Services. GABYS CLEANING SVCS LLC provides House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. GABYS CLEANING SVCS LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. GABYS CLEANING SVCS LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. GABYS CLEANING SVCS LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of GABYS CLEANING SVCS LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold GABYS CLEANING SVCS LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by VA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in VA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. GABYS CLEANING SVCS LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
